n Interior Project Billing Engineer manages the financial and measurement aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that completed work is accurately recorded, billed, and paid in accordance with contract terms.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, BOQs, drawings, and payment conditions; measuring and verifying site progress; preparing client invoices and payment applications; checking subcontractor claims and supplier invoices; identifying, pricing, and tracking variations; monitoring project budgets, costs, cash flow, and outstanding payments; maintaining accurate records and supporting documents; coordinating with project managers, site teams, clients, subcontractors, procurement, and finance; and preparing cost reports, forecasts, final accounts,



and project close-out documentation. The role requires strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, knowledge of construction measurement and billing processes, proficiency in spreadsheets and relevant project or accounting systems, and the ability to meet deadlines and resolve commercial discrepancies.

Pay: ₹339,000.00 - ₹805,000.00 per year
