Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Lead to manage and streamline daily operations for our Offshore Development Center (ODC). In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our software engineering group, ensuring absolute compliance with security, physical, and regulatory standards.

You will bridge the gap between software development teams, enterprise facility management, global compliance officers, and risk management teams to ensure seamless delivery, rapid onboarding, and proactive risk mitigation. Also, good to have bi-lingual skills and Project Management experience.

Key Responsibilities

ODC Operational & Security Compliance

- Oversee and maintain strict compliance standards for the dedicated Offshore Development Center (ODC) in alignment with organizational and client security policies.
- Manage access control, physical security protocols, and operational workflows within the secured environment.

Facilities & Physical Security Coordination

- Partner with Facilities Management, Real Estate, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure all facility-level standards, physical security requirements, and environmental compliances are met continuously.

Monthly Auditing & Operational Reporting

- Conduct rigorous monthly operational, access, and procedural audits across the ODC.
- Prepare and publish regular audit reports, tracking non-conformances and driving corrective actions to completion.

Onboarding & Process Enablement

- Lead the operational onboarding process for all current software development team members.
- Deliver comprehensive briefings on ODC security policies, operational protocols, compliance guidelines, and group workflows.

Risk Identification & Mitigation





- Continuously identify operational, administrative, and compliance risks within the India operations.
- Design, implement, and monitor robust mitigation strategies to safeguard project integrity and business continuity.

Approvals, Exceptions & Stakeholder Support

- Act as the primary operational contact for software development teams to facilitate business approvals, access overrides, and policy exceptions.
- Coordinate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, Security, Legal, Facilities) to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Global Compliance Rollout

- Work closely with global compliance and leadership teams to analyze new regulatory or client-driven compliance mandates.
- Translate and integrate new requirements into local India operations smoothly with minimal disruption to delivery.

System Checks & Training Compliance Tracking

- Monitor and track team completion of periodic mandatory e-learnings, security refresher trainings, and system integrity checks.
- Maintain zero overdue compliance items across the software engineering group.

Continuous Process Improvement

- Regularly evaluate existing operational procedures to identify inefficiencies.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and standard operating procedure (SOP) refinements to elevate operational excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Compliance & Audit Scores: Zero major non-conformances in internal and external ODC compliance audits.
- Onboarding SLA: 100% of new hires briefed and provisioned within agreed timeframes.
- Risk Resolution: Timely mitigation of identified operational risks with zero security incidents.

Training Completion Rate: 98%+ on-time completion rate for mandatory group e-learnings and checks.
