: Billing Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Entry Executive to handle daily billing entries and invoice data entry. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and attention to detail. This role is focused on billing entry work, not accounting-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter billing details into the company's software or system.
- Prepare and generate bills and invoices as per instructions.
- Check basic details such as customer name, quantity, rate, and amount.
- Update and maintain daily billing records.




- Enter invoice details accurately into Excel or billing software.
- Maintain proper records of bills and invoices.
- Coordinate with the team for missing or incorrect billing details.

Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of billing and invoice entry.
- Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
