Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, developing referral networks, and identifying businesses requiring financial advisory and funding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients seeking business funding and financial advisory services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, field visits, and professional connections.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance heads, directors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), DSAs, and financial consultants.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable funding solutions.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding and funding transactions.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records, including lead status and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Candidate Profile




- 1–4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience in Business Loans, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), Relationship Management, or Financial Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Solid sales aptitude with the ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- An existing network of SMEs, CAs, DSAs, or corporate clients will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Finance will be an added advantage.
