About the role

We are hiring a salesperson to sell our ₹50,000 Store Footfall Campaign to businesses looking to attract more customers to their physical locations.

Our target customers include jewellery stores, apparel boutiques, salons, spas, beauty stores, furniture showrooms, restaurants, fitness centres, and other local businesses.

The campaign combines digital advertising, WhatsApp automation, AI calling, appointment booking, and follow-ups to help businesses convert enquiries into store visits.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach business owners through calls, store visits, networking, and referrals.
- Understand their marketing challenges and customer acquisition goals.
- Explain our campaign and arrange demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close sales.
- Coordinate payment collection and customer handover to the delivery team.
- Maintain accurate prospect details and follow-up activity in our CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report pipeline progress.
- Communicate realistic outcomes using approved offers and pricing.

Requirements

- Preferably 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling digital marketing, software, advertising, or services to local businesses.




- Confidence speaking with owners and handling sales objections.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages are an advantage.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to visit prospects when required.
- Existing contacts in retail, beauty, hospitality, or local business networks are an advantage.
- Commission: 10% of eligible package fees collected—₹5,000 for a full ₹50,000 sale.

Commission excludes GST and customer advertising or usage budgets. Commission is paid proportionately as payments are collected. Discounts require approval.

Initial targets

- Month 1: Training, pipeline building, and one paid customer.
- Month 2: Three paid customers.
- Month 3 onward: Five paid customers per month, reviewed against actual sales results.

What we provide

Product training, demo access, sales presentations, approved proposals, CRM access, and founder support for initial demonstrations and closing.

- Target bonus: ₹5,000 for achieving five fully paid sales in a month.
- Example earnings: ₹55,000/month at five fully paid sales.
- Approved business travel and phone expenses reimbursed separately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
