:

- Design, develop, customize, and support BASE24 EPS applications.
- Work on ATM, POS, Debit Card, Credit Card, and EFT transaction processing systems.
- Analyze business requirements and implement payment solutions in BASE24 EPS.
- Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot transaction failures, switch connectivity issues, and authorization problems.
- Support interfaces with card networks
- Participate in migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
- Conduct impact analysis, unit testing, SIT, and UAT support.
- Monitor payment systems and ensure SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in BASE24 EPS.
- Knowledge of Electronic Payments, Switching, ATM/POS Transaction Processing.

- TAL / COBOL85

- TACL

- Pathway

- Enscribe databases

- SQL/MP
- Understanding of ISO 8583 messaging.
- Knowledge of card management and authorization systems.
- Experience in production support and incident management.

Qualifications:

- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units,



senior leaders, associates and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
