About the Role

BeeYoung Brewgarden is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Bartender with a passion for craft beer, cocktails, and creating memorable bar experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, craft beer, spirits, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, consistency, and service speed.
- Recommend beverages and food pairings while driving upselling opportunities.
- Engage with guests and deliver an energetic, welcoming bar experience.
- Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards.
- Manage bar setup, mise en place, stock rotation, and inventory.
- Ensure accurate POS billing and follow standard pouring measures.
- Follow company SOPs and applicable alcohol-service regulations.
- Coordinate with the bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience





- Prior experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, brewpub, or similar establishment preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and craft beer is an advantage.
- Strong communication, guest-handling, and upselling skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
