We are looking for a Barista (Mixed Role) with experience as both a barista and wait staff. The candidate must be able to communicate in English, guide customers in choosing the right items, and provide friendly customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and assist with billing when required
- Guide customers to choose the right food and drinks from the menu
- Communicate clearly with customers in English
- Provide friendly, polite, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the drinks station and service area
- Ensure quality and proper presentation of all drinks
- Support wait staff and kitchen team during busy hours
- Be comfortable cleaning the store and maintaining a healthy, hygienic setting
Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista and Wait Staff
- Experience in making coffee, smoothies, mocktails, shakes, etc.
- Good English communication skills
- Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to handle mixed duties (drinks + service + cleaning)
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,556.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
