About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista who is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will assist in daily café operations while ensuring consistency in beverage quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, recipes, and presentation.
- Provide friendly and effective customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Clean and maintain coffee equipment and workstations.
- Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
