Hey there! So you want to be a barista?! That’s fantastic! We at Juno, do things a little differently! The title “Barista” stands for more than just being able to make coffee. At Juno, you are part of a team that shares responsibilities and truly enjoys coffee and the moments it allows us to share with the people around us! Because specialty coffee is about the people and not just the beans! Enough with the opening dialogues! Let’s jump right into what we expect you to bring to the coffee bar!

Requirements

- Previous barista/Home brewing experience. (Big plus! The lesser time we spend on training, the better! xD)
- An understanding of coffee and how its variables work. (Non-negotiable. And no we do not expect you to be an expert)
- Curiosity. Because the learning never stops and the only thing you need to be a coffee person is curiosity! ;)
- Being open to criticism. (We take it like a champ! No room for ego!)
- Team player! (There is no “I” in Juno :D)
- Handle pressure! (We thrive in chaos! If performing under pressure is your thing,

You’re at the right place!)

What we do:
- Brew coffee. (Duh!)
- Unreasonable hospitality! ( Juno has always been about coffee. But it's the people that make Juno what it is today!)
- Clean up! (Everything! All the time!)
- Inventory check!
- Prep for batched recipes/ingredients!
- Janitor
- Dishwasher
- Therapist
- Plumber
- Mad Scientist

Operational Timing: 09:00 to 18:00 Shift Timing: 08:00 to as quickly as we finish the closing checklist! (Usually by 19:00. Might be quicker or later)

If you have made it this far, you probably already felt that this was no ordinary ! We run a tight ship with no corners cut. There is always room for fun because coffee is supposed to be fun, right?!

If you think you’ve got what it takes to be Juno’s newest barista, hit us up ASAP! We would love to have a chat and see how things brew!
