We are seeking an experienced and business-driven Bakery Outlet Manager to oversee the daily storefront operations of our bakery branch. In this role, you will lead a customer-facing sales team, monitor stock levels closely to avoid spoilage, drive monthly revenue targets, and ensure the absolute highest standards of hygiene and food presentation.

Supervise day-to-day billing processes, execute opening/closing drawer tallies, and manage cash/card reconciliations securely.

Place exact daily stock requests (indents) to the central production kitchen or factory based on sales forecasting and footfall trends.

Crosscheck incoming deliveries for accurate weight, quantity, temperature, and visual appeal before accepting products into the store.

Schedule shifts, assign duties,



and manage leave plans for counter staff, cashiers, and housekeeping personnel.

Onboard new hires on product knowledge (e.g., cake customization details) and customer interaction techniques.

Handle customer complaints, return requests, or custom cake order issues smoothly with empathy and prompt solutions.

Keep the outlet continuously compliant with local health department regulations and food safety policies (e.g., FSSAI standards)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
