Position OverviewWe are looking for a Bakery Chef who is passionate about baking and eager to build a career in Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine strong bakery production knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills to support customer acquisition, product demonstrations, technical sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and drive sales of Bake O Well's bakery premixes and innovative baking solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, recipe trials, and customer training sessions.
- Provide technical support and bakery expertise to clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with bakeries, cafes, hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development.




- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and bakery exhibitions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in bakery production, baking technology, or bakery operations.
- Strong understanding of cakes, muffins, brownies, waffles, pancakes, and bakery premixes.
- Prior exposure to bakery ingredients, premixes, or food ingredient sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in customer interactions and conducting live demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions.
