- Creating, testing, and refining recipes for cakes, cookies, pastries, breads, and other baked goods

- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure they are presentation ready

- Ensuring all baking operations comply with food hygiene and safety standards

- Working with the kitchen team to plan and develop recipes and menus

- Ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies for baking

- Supervising and coordinating activities of the baking personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Training and mentoring junior staff in baking techniques and methods

- Inspecting the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met

- Monitoring baking processes, managing oven temperatures, and making adjustments as necessary

- Collaborating with other chefs and staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of baked goods

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
