Job Highlights:

- Process: Pure Non-Voice (Backend / Data Processing / Email Support)

- Eligibility: BCom / BBA / BA graduates only (2026 Pass out Batch)

- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Fixed Offs

- Shift Timing: US Shift (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)

- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

- Perks: both-way cab facility provided

- Salary- 21000 CTC -Fresher only

- Interview - 1 round- Virtual

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle daily non-voice transactions, backend data entry, document validation, and customer query resolutions via email/chat.

- Maintain accurate processing records while meeting daily quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria & Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.Com, BBA,



or BA graduates only (Batch of 2026).

- Note: Technical graduates (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/IT/CS) and postgraduates are strictly not eligible.

- Experience: Freshers (2026 Passouts).

- Communication: Valuable written English communication skills for non-voice operations.

- Skills: Basic computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, typing speed, and attention to detail.

- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working fixed US shifts (4:00 PM 2:00 AM IST).

- Location & Transport: Candidates residing within standard transport boundaries for Airoli cab routing (2-way cab provided).
