Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate with positive MS Excel/Google Sheets skills to handle inventory audits, stock reconciliation, ERP operations, reporting, and basic IT support. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and coordinating with store and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical stock audits at stores, including barcode scanning and stock counting, and reconcile stock with system records.
- Reconcile inventory transactions, including stock transfers, job work, pending approvals, and other stock discrepancies.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain inventory records and perform routine operations in ERP/inventory software.
- Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, CCTV, and other office systems and coordinate with external IT vendors for issues beyond basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with store/office teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain proper records.
- Visit outstation stores occasionally for stock audits, if required.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience; freshers with good practical Excel skills are welcome.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, CCTV, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.
- Good multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Should be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling both computer-based work and physical stock audits.
- Advanced programming or software development skills are not required.

Job Location: 10/11, Narayansingh Circle, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary : ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
