About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern with strong Excel skills to support our operations team. You will work on data tracking, reporting, and process improvement, and get hands-on exposure to how a business runs day to day. Freshers are encouraged to apply, provided they have a solid command of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, update, and clean operational data in Excel and Google Sheets
- Build and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Use formulas and functions to analyze data and flag discrepancies
- Track orders, inventory, vendors, or deliveries (as applicable to the business)
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and follow up on pending tasks
- Prepare summaries and basic insights for the operations manager
- Help identify process gaps and suggest ways to automate repetitive work
- Maintain accurate documentation of SOPs and reports





Required SkillsStrong Excel proficiency (must have):
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
- IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIFS
- Pivot tables and pivot charts
- Data cleaning (Remove Duplicates, Text to Columns, TRIM, etc.)
- Conditional formatting and data validation
- Charts and basic dashboards
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
- Willingness to learn quickly

Positive to Have
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Power Query, macros, or VBA
- Basic understanding of SQL or Power BI
- Prior project or internship experience involving data handling

Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline; commerce, BBA, B.Tech, or similar preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
