Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to Trade Finance, IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System), and EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System).
- Communicate with bank customers over calls and provide assistance regarding trade finance-related processes and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries related to import and export transactions, pending entries, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the bank's internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or information, wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
- Ensure professional communication and a high standard of customer service.

Candidate Requirements




- Qualification: B.Com, qualification.
- Experience: Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic understanding of Trade Finance, IDPMS, and EDPMS will be preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations, import-export transactions, and financial documentation.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
