Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer supporting the digital platforms of India’s Future Investors.

The Back End

Developer will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power show-related web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities include implementing secure, scalable services, integrating with front-end interfaces, managing databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, product owners, and content teams to translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions.

The Back End

Developer will also troubleshoot issues, write clean and maintainable code,



participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform’s architecture and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production-ready services.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with Front-End Development teams, understanding how back-end services support user-facing features.
- Experience with one or more server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and secure handling of user and financial data.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments or hosting platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, cooperative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or fintech products is an advantage.
