About the Role
We are looking for skilled and motivated Backend Developer candidates with solid knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of backend development, database management, and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP.
- Build and manage web applications using Laravel or Symfony.
- Write efficient SQL queries and work with databases such as MySQL.
- Debug issues, troubleshoot errors,
and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with US-based clients.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming.
- Experience or practical knowledge of Laravel or Symfony.
- Proficiency in SQL and databases such as MySQL.
- Understanding of backend development concepts and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of debugging and problem-solving.
Required Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with US-based clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Interview Process
- Round 1: Online Technical Interview
- Round 2: Technical Interview at the Bangalore office for shortlisted candidates
