About the Company

SSA is a boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm specializing in distressed assets, NPA resolution, and debt advisory services for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

We are looking for a confident and proactive intern to support our B2B telecalling, client acquisition, and lead generation activities.

The primary responsibility is to call banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to identify potential clients who may require our services, connect with relevant decision-makers, and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to introduce SSA's services.
- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers in recovery, NPA management, and stressed asset departments.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings for the senior team.
- Maintain call records, prospect databases,



and follow-up status using Excel or CRM tools.
- Research prospective clients and support business development activities.

Skills & Qualifications

- Recent graduates in Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Comfortable with daily outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet research.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
