Job Overview

NVD Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced B2B International Sales & Marketing Executive to develop business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, international business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals with international clients.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling services, IT/business solutions, and other products or services for the US market. This role requires someone who can independently identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, connect with decision-makers, develop sales strategies, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients across the US market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, online research, and other prospecting channels.
- Promote and sell services, IT solutions, and other relevant business products or services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products, services, and business solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups,



and sales activities in CRM tools or trackers.
- Develop effective outreach strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, client acquisition, revenue, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B International Sales, International Business Development, or International Sales & Marketing.
- Prior experience in the US market is highly preferred.
- Experience in US Staffing Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B product/service sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and sales conversion.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to independently research target markets, identify decision-makers, generate leads, and develop new business.
- Strong follow-up skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in US B2B Sales and International Client Acquisition.
- Candidates who have independently generated leads and converted prospects into paying clients.
- Candidates with experience selling recruitment services, IT solutions, SaaS products, or other B2B business services.
- Candidates who can manage the complete sales cycle, from prospect research and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
