Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure AI services, AI/ML architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in software development and solution architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale deployments.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or MBA with a technical focus is preferred.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and the Azure AI ecosystem.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining solutions.
- Experience working with Azure Databricks for data engineering and machine learning use cases.
- Robust programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.




- Experience designing and implementing Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, cloud-native application design, and enterprise integration patterns.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure Machine Learning, including MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, including Document Intelligence, Language Services, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Exposure to vector databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver scalable AI and Generative AI solutions on Azure.
- Design and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Databricks.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architectural reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Define best practices, standards,



and governance for AI implementation.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AI platforms.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide AI adoption across the organization.
