Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an Ayurveda Medical Doctor based at Anammyaa Wellness on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon Haryana .The Ayurveda Medical Doctor will conduct detailed patient consultations, assess medical history and current health concerns, and design individualized Ayurvedic treatment plans, including herbal formulations, dietary guidance, lifestyle modifications, and detoxification therapies where appropriate. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating case notes, coordinating with other wellness practitioners, and ensuring safe, compliant clinical practices. The role also involves educating patients on preventive health, participating in internal case discussions,



contributing to wellness workshops or informational sessions, and staying current with developments in Ayurveda and integrative medicine.

Qualifications

- Formal qualifications in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS or MD and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Robust clinical assessment skills, including history-taking, physical examination, and Ayurvedic diagnostic methods (e.g., prakriti/pariksha, nadi pariksha).
- Proficiency in developing and managing individualized treatment plans using Ayurvedic medicines, diet, lifestyle counseling, and Panchakarma or related therapies.
- Clear, compassionate communication skills for explaining treatment plans, educating patients, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to local healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle a steady patient load, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a wellness center environment.
- Experience in a clinical or wellness setting, familiarity with integrative health models, and comfort working with diverse patient populations are highly beneficial.
- Interest in continuous professional development, participation in trainings or workshops, and contributing to patient education programs or community outreach.
