Organizing and participating in management review meetings and making presentation on major issues

Responsible for project planning, scheduling and monitoring the project activities

Responsible for developing project process and performance schedules To generate data and analysis to support strategic property planning, approvals

Oversee & guide team members at senior level in terms of planning, organizing resources, setting standards of quality,



etc To document costing of physical assets, improve operations through Value engineering initiatives, and efficiently plan for the future To document capital projects efficiently through approval processes and to ensure regulatory compliance, minimizing risk To monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control

Finalize department/ project budget and ensure adherence to the same

Conduct performance appraisals on departmental staff / personnel. Assess and fulfill training and career development requirements Coach subordinates to develop the team s capabilities and build a robust succession pipeline for the role
