Bay of Bangalore is hiring an on site L2 AV and collaboration support engineer for a professional enterprise workplace in Powai. The engineer will keep Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and meeting space technology ready for everyday use, resolve incidents, support important executive meetings and town halls, and coordinate specialist vendors when an issue requires deeper programming or hardware repair.

This is a hands on operations role. We are looking for strong troubleshooting, ownership and customer service. The candidate is not expected to be an expert in every AV brand.

Key responsibilities

- Perform daily room health checks and provide incident support for conference rooms, boardrooms, town hall areas and other collaboration spaces.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms across common enterprise devices including Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Neat and DTEN.
- Diagnose display, camera, microphone, speaker, cabling, touch panel, content sharing and connectivity issues using a structured troubleshooting approach.
- Provide planned technical support for executive meetings, town halls, webinars and hybrid events, including dry runs and live monitoring.
- Own incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, communicate clearly with users and document troubleshooting and resolution steps.
- Perform preventive maintenance, coordinate firmware updates and maintain accurate room, asset, spare and service records.
- Carry out basic network checks relevant to AV devices, including IP addressing, DHCP and DNS reachability, VLAN awareness and switch port identification.
- Coordinate with original equipment manufacturers, integration partners and service vendors for repair, warranty and escalation activities.




- Support room upgrades and new deployments through site checks, testing, punch lists and handover documentation.
- Provide straightforward user guidance and operating instructions for meeting room and collaboration technology.

Essential experience

- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate AV and video conferencing operations, enterprise meeting room support or AV systems integration.
- Hands on support experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms in a live business setting.
- Ability to follow AV signal flow and isolate faults across compute, USB, HDMI, audio, network and peripheral layers.
- Practical experience with at least two enterprise AV ecosystems such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Neat, DTEN, Shure, Biamp or QSC.
- Experience using an IT service management or ticketing platform and working to service levels.
- Confident spoken and written English, calm user handling and professional support for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work on site in Powai and provide planned early or late event coverage when scheduled.

Desirable experience and certifications

- Dante Level 1 or Level 2, AVIXA CTS, or manufacturer training from Microsoft, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Biamp or QSC.
- Experience with Teams Rooms Pro Management, Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync or a similar monitoring platform.
- Town hall and live event experience, including audio mixing, camera tracking or digital signage support.
- Basic CCNA level networking knowledge or previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
