- 4-5 years of experience as Workshop manager.

- Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore.

- Experience in 2 wheelers preferred

- Personnel Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate mechanics, technicians, and service advisors. Assign tasks based on individual skill levels and shop workloads.

- Operations and Workflow: Coordinate daily vehicle intake, diagnostic processes, repair schedules, and quality control checks to minimize vehicle downtime.

- Customer Service: Build and maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, provide repair estimates, and resolve customer complaints or service comebacks.

- Inventory and Parts Control: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables. Coordinate with parts managers or vendors to ensure timely delivery and verify part quality.





- Financial and Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, control operating costs, price services, and track performance metrics like average repair order (ARO) and technician productivity.
