Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and well-organized Automotive Service Advisor with 1–4 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating with technicians, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Explain technical issues, service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, invoices, and other service-related documents.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status, repair progress, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, customer details, warranty claims, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily service reports and maintain records using MS Excel and Word.
- Manage professional email communication, including drafting and responding to customer and internal emails.
- Use MS Outlook for email management, scheduling,



and follow-up communication.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company service procedures.
- Support customer relationship management and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in a service advisor or customer service role.
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Must have good email-writing skills and the ability to draft skilled emails.
- Strong customer-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain service records and prepare reports accurately.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of automobile servicing, vehicle maintenance, and basic technical terminology is preferred.
- Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry will be an added advantage.
