Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead hardware product development from concept to mass production.
- Manage product design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Coordinate with R&D;, embedded software, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
- Manage BOM, component selection, cost optimization, and product quality.
- Drive technical problem-solving and continuous product improvement.
- Ensure timely product delivery and successful manufacturing integration.
Required Skills:
- 510 years of experience in hardware product development.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of hardware design, validation, and manufacturing.
- Experience in product lifecycle and project management.
- Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
