Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and maintain Terraform/IaC-based PagerDuty configurations.

✅ Build API-driven automation using PagerDuty REST APIs.

✅ Automate service onboarding, incident response workflows, and operational runbooks.

✅ Integrate scripts and tools with PagerDuty workflows.

✅ Implement approved auto-remediation and ChatOps solutions.

✅ Build robust automation with proper validation, logging, error handling, and rollback controls.

✅ Support integration testing, SIT/UAT, and end-to-end technical validation.

✅ Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual configuration and repetitive tasks.

✅ Support production cutover, stabilization, and technical knowledge transfer.

Who Should Apply?

Professionals with 6+ years of overall experience and at least 4 years of PagerDuty experience, along with strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, Python/Bash scripting, automation, and SRE/DevOps practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
