Automation Lead with AI (8-13 Years Experience)

Mandatory Tech Stack: Automation Lead, Playwright, AI Model Testing, LLM Testing, AI QA Lead, GenAI QA Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of automation engineers and QA professionals, providing mentoring, guidance, and performance management.
- Must have : Proficient in Playwright with Typescript/Javascript/Python.
- Must have : Practical implementation of AI in STLC
- Must have : Experience in validating non-deterministic response validation / AI Model Testing
- Develop and oversee the implementation of test automation strategies using a broad spectrum of automation tools (Playwright (Must have) , Selenium, Appium, UFT, Tosca, etc.).
- Drive the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and data science teams,



to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI and machine learning techniques within the STLC to improve test case generation, defect prediction, test execution, and overall QA processes.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Monitor test metrics and provide regular reports on automation coverage, defects, and overall test progress to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new automation tools and AI-driven testing technologies to keep the testing process creative and efficient.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, establish best practices, and maintain documentation of testing processes and project artifacts.
