We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for someone who can manage responsibilities independently and stay productive without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and Xero

- Handle accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R)

- Perform bank and account reconciliations

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Ensure proper documentation and proper filing of records

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or CA inter

- MUST own a laptop and good internet

- Relevant accounting experience

- Strong working knowledge of Tally & Xero preferred





- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup

- High level of self-discipline and accountability
