Role Description The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing statutory and internal audits for clients across different industries. Day-to-day tasks include leading audit teams, assessing internal controls, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting, auditing, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing audit reports, identifying risk areas,



and recommending improvements in processes and controls.

The Audit

Manager will also mentor junior team members, manage timelines and deliverables, and contribute to quality assurance and professional development initiatives within the firm. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Audits experience, including planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying risks, and drawing insights.
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in audit management or leading audit engagements is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage multiple engagements, and maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
