We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and travel-ready Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will spearhead both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who is equally comfortable running performance-driven digital campaigns and executing ground-level offline marketing activities, including institutional outreach and outdoor branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms(Meta/Instagram/Facebook) to drive lead generation.
- Traditional & Ground Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including school visits, educational/corporate presentations, and local promotional events.
- Outdoor & BTL Branding: Identify, negotiate placement for, and manage display boards, hoardings, and local advertising collateral in strategic high-traffic areas.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and implement targeted campaigns to consistently capture, track, and nurture inbound and outbound marketing leads.
- Brand Promotion:



Act as a brand ambassador to build strong local presence, brand awareness, and positive community relationships.
- Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Preferred: MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: Proven experience in handling a mix of digital and traditional marketing (freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds, high energy, and relevant internship/project experience are also welcome to apply).
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel regularly as part of the job.
- Prerequisites: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler.
- Skills: Robust communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; basic familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe) and marketing analytics is a plus.
