Role Description This is a full-time, in office Associate / Sr Associate Food and Beverage (Services) role based at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Alappuzha. The role involves welcoming guests, guiding them through menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely and courteous service in accordance with CGH Earth’s standards of hospitality and sustainability. The associate will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, monitor tables, handle guest queries or concerns,



and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining areas.

Additional responsibilities include supporting buffet and event service setups, promoting signature and local specialty offerings, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, and assisting with basic billing and payment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm, professional, and culturally sensitive service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including table service, menu presentation, and basic understanding of local and international cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, manage multiple tables, and collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality, with attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and order accuracy.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts is preferred; a diploma or certification in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and alignment with CGH Earth’s values of sustainability and community engagement.
