Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate - Internal Audit

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals for the positions of Associate and Senior Associate Internal Audit. The ideal candidates should have robust, hands-on experience in core internal audit activities, excellent client-handling capabilities, and the ability to independently manage audit assignments and coordinate with team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute internal audit assignments across various business functions and processes.
- Conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and identify process gaps and control weaknesses.
- Prepare audit plans, audit programs, working papers, and internal audit reports.
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, understand business processes, and independently manage audit assignments.
- Lead and coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality execution of audit engagements.




- Discuss audit observations with clients and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and audit recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to audit methodologies and applicable standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA / CIA or any other relevant degree.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant internal audit experience.
- Core Expertise: Candidates must have a strong and consistent internal audit background throughout their careers..
- Client Management: Ability to interact confidently with clients and manage audit assignments independently.
- Team Coordination: Ability to guide team members, review audit deliverables, and ensure quality execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings and recommendations to clients.
