About the Position

As an Associate Product Manager –

- Discover, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sense’s intelligent automation and agentic AI ecosystem.

You will work on some of Sense’s most strategic problem spaces, including:
- Empower recruiters to rapidly identify top-tier candidates for open job orders across ATS and Sense platforms, accelerating time to fill job orders.
- Drive higher application rates for open jobs by connecting job seekers with the most relevant jobs across Email, SMS, Voice, and Chat surfaces.
- Structured AI Decisioning out of unstructured data within automation workflows to ensure rapid yet meaningful outreach and audience engagement
- LLM-powered Recommendation and Decisioning Engines which drive above outcomes
- Reliable Feedback Loop - AI Quality, Observability &
- Data Quality monitoring to ensure reliable and explainable outcomes for recruiters and customers

This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflow orchestration, automation infrastructure, and recruiter productivity. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML teams, Customer Success, and GTM teams to conceptualize, build, and scale products that automate recruiting workflows and empower recruiters with AI-driven assistance. Role And Responsibilities

Strategy &

- Discovery

- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can meaningfully improve recruiter productivity, operational efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Work closely with Product Leadership to define and evolve the vision for Sense’s Discover roadmap. More specifically, contribute to the roadmap for:
- Candidate Matching
- Job Matching
- AI Decisioning &
- Actions
- AI Observability
- Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI, LLM ecosystems, workflow orchestration, and enterprise automation trends.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions with enterprise customers, recruiters, implementation, customer success, sales and leadership teams to understand and document feedback, pain points and user flow inefficiencies clearly.

Execution - Design, Development and Delivery





- Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clearly defined user flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria within a PRD - explaining aha! moments, self-serve features, guided onboarding, activation experience and instrumentation to track post launch activation and repeat usage metrics.
- Contribute to the implementation of intelligent orchestration capabilities across recruiting workflows and user journeys.
- Partner with user experience and design teams to ship consumer-grade, highly flexible yet scalable and delightful user experiences. Help define interaction patterns and experiences for features owned by your EPD triad across Voice, Chat, Recruiter Hub, Workflows, Sequences and other surfaces.
- Partner with engineering, platform and ML teams to deliver scalable, reliable and maintainable solutions across ingestion pipelines, document processing, feature extraction, data transformations & indexing, vector storage & embeddings, structured and low latency retrieval and amongst other product and platform capabilities.
- Ensure product, design and engineering decisions are documented, and shared with stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Drive feature prioritization, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination by maintaining a groomed / ungroomed backlog / project plan in Asana or Jira.
- Work closely with QA teams and perform hands-on UAT to ensure comprehensive test coverage and delivered features meet customer and usability expectations.
- Ensure customer reported issues are resolved under pre-defined SLA windows and are escalated proactively to the appropriate leadership to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute towards shipping internal tools for engineering and customer support to easily track and debug issues.

Enablement and GTM

- Run a structured post launch program to ensure awareness, activation and adoption of key features
- Analyse past usage, revenue and churn risk signals to identify customer segments where a feature is launched and will be useful to drive targeted adoption




- Work closely with product marketing and knowledge base team to create and update the customer facing how-tos and other useful artifacts
- Create internal and customer facing announcement artifacts and adoption playbooks for customer success and implementation teams
- Run structured training sessions for new capabilities, office hours and workshops

Product Adoption and AI Observability

- Define, review and present adoption and AI Observability metrics to stakeholders on a bi-weekly basis

- Conversion Funnel Analysis

- Personally inspect AI Quality - LLM outputs, traces, retrieval results, source-ingestion failures, irrelevant results, failed actions, and downstream customer outcomes.
- Analyse customer reported issues via bugs and support tickets and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data teams to ensure timely and evolving instrumentation, derive actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities on a bi-weekly basis.

Professional Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech or M.B.A with at least 1-3 years of experience in product management role with deep familiarity with software development lifecycle.
- You need to be a highly analytical problem solver to succeed in this role.
- [Must Have] - You bring hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL and present your findings in a structured way. Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Heap or Amplitude is preferred.

- [Highly Preferred] Previous experience in working closely with engineering and ML on retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking, evaluations and observability. Familiarity with AI Observability tools like Arize, Braintrust etc is highly desired.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
- Proficient in English, with good written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Robust cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Ability to process and apply feedback constructively without ego
- Ability to “do what it takes to get the job done” - no job is small for you.
