Role & responsibilities

1. Verifying the land to be acquired once the project is approved by Management
2. Coordinating with aggregator and our external advocate for carrying out the title search report of the land
3. Coordination with Engineering Team for availing approval of the land parcel to be acquired
4.



In case of wind- getting the WRA approval from the Engineering and location approval from Project team before acquisition
5. Follow up with the Corp Contract Team for creation of vendor code of the farmer
6. Follow up with the FCOE Team for issuance of DD in the name of farmer
7. Execution of registered lease deed/sale deed with the farmer in SRO office
8. Conducting the demarcation and TILR of the acquired land
9. Arranging peaceful hand over of the location or land to the Project Team
10. Resolution of ROW at the acquired land
11. Follow up with LA for NA and Mutation entry
12. Supporting our Payment team in payment of LA and capitalisation of the investment
