About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate – Graphic Designer with a strong command of both static and motion design to join our creative team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have à flair for visual storytelling, an understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual assets for PR campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing static creatives, including social media posts, campaign creatives, digital banners, infographics, presentations, and other communication collaterals.
- Develop motion graphics, animated posts, reels, GIFs, short-form videos, and other agile visual content for digital and social media platforms.
- Translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into impactful visual stories aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with PR, account management, and digital teams to develop creative assets for client campaigns, product launches, brand announcements, and integrated communication initiatives.
- Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats while ensuring consistency in visual identity and brand messaging.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality and creativity.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion graphics, social media formats, and creative tools to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients,



making revisions as required.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and are optimised for their respective platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a PR agency, advertising agency, creative studio, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools for motion graphics and video editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities across both static and motion design.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content formats, and current design trends.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, work collaboratively, and manage multiple deliverables.

What We’re Looking For A creative thinker who combines strong design fundamentals with motion capabilities, has an eye for detail, and can bring brand stories to life through engaging static and animated content. Experience working on consumer brands, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, entertainment, or corporate communication campaigns will be an added advantage.
