We are looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for developing engaging, learner-centric training content in alignment with instructional design principles, project requirements, and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in internal and client kick-off meetings to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop detailed storyboards aligned with design documents, instructional design principles, global language standards, and style guides.
- Create audio scripts for e-learning courses and other digital learning content.




- Prepare detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with the Media team to conceptualize and visualize graphics and multimedia elements for courses.
- Understand and effectively use project-specific tools and applications.
- Capture screenshots and develop screen-based simulations, wherever required.
- Review media elements to ensure alignment with instructional design principles and learning objectives.
- Test final course deliverables against the defined test plan to ensure quality and functionality.
- Incorporate feedback received from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in design walkthroughs to present and review proposed learning solutions.
- Attend handover meetings to ensure smooth project transition and delivery.
