Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. is hiring an Associate Credit Manager for its Jodhpur location. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, reviewing customer documents, identifying credit risks, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies for vehicle finance and refinance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate loan applications for two-wheeler refinance, used car finance, and other vehicle finance products.
- Conduct credit appraisal and assess customers' repayment capacity.
- Verify KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, vehicle documents, and other supporting records.
- Review Personal Discussion (PD) reports and customer field verification reports.
- Analyze credit bureau reports, existing liabilities, repayment history, and creditworthiness.
- Assess loan eligibility and recommend approval, rejection, or modification as per company policy and delegated authority.
- Identify discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, and high-risk loan applications.
- Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal credit guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve credit-related queries.
- Monitor portfolio quality, early delinquency, and overdue trends.
- Maintain credit appraisal notes, approval records, and rejection reasons.
- Prepare credit MIS reports and monitor pending files, approval ratios,



and turnaround time (TAT).
- Support the Credit Manager in underwriting quality checks and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI guidelines and internal company policies.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2–3 Years in Credit / Underwriting / Loan Appraisal.
- Industry: NBFC / Banking / Vehicle Finance experience preferred.
- Graduate in any stream; B.Com, BBA, or MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, loan underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Practical knowledge of PD, KYC verification, and credit bureau reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, credit MIS, and computer operations.
- Robust analytical, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month (Depends on interview performance and relevant experience) Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
