Role Summary- This position will be responsible for supporting in identification, documentation, computation and notification of Force Majeure (FM) and Change in law (CIL) Claims across the organization's PAN India transmission projects. The role involves analysis of contractual and project records, coordination with internal stakeholders, monitoring of regulatory developments, maintenance of claims databases, and preparation of contractual correspondence to safeguard the Company's contractual and regulatory entitlements under Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and monitor compliance with the provisions, obligations, and timelines stipulated under Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs).

2. Draft and facilitate timely submission of Force Majeure (FM) and Change in Law (CIL)



notices relating to project delays, cost escalations, statutory changes, and other claim-triggering events.

3. Support the assessment and substantiation of FM/CIL claims through evidence collection, analysis, and collation of contractual, regulatory, and project records.

4. Assist in developing claim strategies by researching relevant regulatory orders, judicial precedents, and industry practices pertaining to FM and CIL events.

5. Prepare contractual correspondence and representations to statutory authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in connection with claim events.

6. Maintain comprehensive records of claim events, supporting documentation, correspondence, claim registers, trackers, and management reports.

7. Coordinate with Project, Land Acquisition, Engineering, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams to obtain and validate supporting evidence required for claim substantiation.
