– Associate Accountant /Sr. Accountant

Position Overview :-

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Skilled to manage taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, accounts finalization, and MIS reporting.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tax Audit, and financial accounting.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. GST Compliance

- Prepare and file monthly/periodic GST returns.
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts.
- Handle GST input tax credit reconciliation.
- Prepare and file the GST Annual Return and related reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for GST-related queries, notices, and

assessments.
1. TDS Compliance

- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions.
- Prepare and file Quarterly TDS Returns within statutory timelines.
- Ensure timely payment of TDS.
- Handle TDS reconciliation and issue TDS certificates.
- Resolve TDS-related discrepancies and notices.

1. Income Tax & Tax Audit

- Support preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for tax compliance.
- Coordinate and provide required information for Tax Audit.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax provisions.

1. Accounts Finalization

- Handle complete books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly,



quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and other financial audits.

1. MIS Reporting

- Prepare and submit periodic MIS Reports to management.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial data.
- Prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial information.

Required Skills & Knowledge :-

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ITR, and Tax Audit.
- Experience in GST Annual Return and TDS Quarterly Filing.
- Strong knowledge of accounts finalization and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- Relevant accounting and taxation qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, GST, TDS, and

Financial Reporting. Preferred Candidate :-

- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and statutory

compliance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
