- Instructional Support: Assist teachers with lesson prep (materials, tech), lead small group activities, provide one-on-one tutoring, and adapt materials for diverse learners.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a tidy, secure classroom; enforce rules; monitor student behavior; and supervise students during breaks, lunch, and field trips.
- Student Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, help with grading, observe student progress, and communicate with teachers and parents about student needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle clerical duties, set up equipment, organize resources, and help with general classroom organization.
- Special Needs Support: Provide extra help to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or learning challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
