Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced professionals to join our restaurant operations team as Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, inventory control, and sales performance. Experience in liquor-serving restaurants, bars, or fine-dining establishments is highly preferred, with strong operational knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor restaurant sales, promote upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain inventory, monitor stock consumption, control wastage, and support cost management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure proper liquor stock management and compliance with applicable liquor regulations.
- Implement company SOPs and maintain consistent service quality.
- Monitor outlet performance and take corrective action to improve profitability.




- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with senior management as required.

Requirements & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in liquor-serving restaurants, bars, or fine-dining establishments is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, guest relations, and operational procedures.
- Understanding of inventory management, stock audits, sales monitoring, and cost control.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and daily reporting.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Qualification BHM / Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates based in Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban areas.
- Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, bars, or fine-dining establishments.
- Candidates with strong operational knowledge and a stable work history.

Salary: ₹28,000–₹45,000 per month + Service Charge (SC), based on experience, current role, and interview performance. Accommodation: Not provided by the company.
