Vidal is hiring for the position of Team leader or Assistant Manager for Network claims
Qualification: BHMS/BAMS/BDS/BUMS only
Location:Jaipur
Department- Network claims
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing of Claims with verification and Settlement with Customer Accounts.
- Evaluation of customer/Claims and posting accordingly.
- Resolving Claims related queries and discrepancies Follow up and respond to queries of Customers.
- Approving and Rejection of Payments to the Customers with all verification.
*Coordination with PVT/PSU insurer and insurance companies
- Handling Customer queries and giving a prompt reply to the customers through email.
- Preparing the Weekly consolidated reports of the team and updating to the Management.
- Assigning and Resolving Customer Queries through email.
- Raising Shortfall whenever it is necessary.
- Approving and Rejecting of Claim after all necessary checks.
- Team handling with 10 team members
Experienced candidate(4-6years) should be from TPA or Health Insurance Industry in claims processing and audit
