- Work with the Head HR to HR execute strategies and milestones that are in alignment to the overall vision and mission of the division
- Support the Business unit and or Manufacturing facility on all matters pertaining to HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee relations, Industrial Relations, Corporate social sustainability.
- Support, develop, implement, sustain and improve retention, motivation and performance of employee.
- Take responsibility for the assigned value stream and be able to work independently/with limited supervision to ensure business needs are met within the stipulated timeframe
- Be responsible for the coordination with all manufacturing units on payroll related functions.
- Support the formulation and executing of manufacturing organization related trainings / evaluations and Training & Development strategies across Intimates while assisting cluster Learning & Development team & Central Manufacturing to align to established processes and policies.
- Ensure all employee grievances/ issues are resolved effectively




- Facilitate bi-party/ tri-party dialogue (employee/ employer or employee/ employer/ government) ensuring harmonious employer-employee relations within the organization
- Overlook all activities pertaining to the work committee ensuring the smooth functioning of same
- Execute and ensure Health & Safety standards are the maintained at the highest level and are in accordance to group, division, customer and labour law requirements whilst collaboratively working with Internal and External stakeholder to identify ways to elevate current practices and create a safer workplace
- Be proactive and take initiatives in identify current projects/ process improvements/ platforms to better deliver training and development needs to support the teams achieve business objectives
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
