Overall management of hospital operations including IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency and Diagnostic Services.

Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, nursing, paramedical and support departments.

Drive NABH accreditation activities and quality improvement initiatives.

Monitor patient safety, infection control and clinical governance standards.

Manage patient feedback, complaints and service recovery processes.

Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs and clinical protocols.

Ensure compliance with statutory, legal and regulatory requirements.

Monitor hospital key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and performance management of medical and non-medical staff.





Conduct departmental audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Facilitate medico-legal case management and risk mitigation strategies.

Optimize patient flow, bed management and discharge processes.

Collaborate with consultants to enhance specialty services and clinical outcomes.

Monitor revenue performance, service utilization and cost optimization initiatives.

Oversee vendor management, facility management and support services.

Lead healthcare quality, patient experience and operational excellence initiatives.
