Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Service & AMC to manage project site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, customer coordination, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities for parking systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, efficient resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and prompt resolution of service and maintenance complaints.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Installation & Execution

- Visit project sites to supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare erection schedules based on project size, scope, and volume.
- Ensure timely project execution and completion as per the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with customers regarding civil works, site readiness, and other project-related requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of erection-related reports in accordance with design requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site-level execution challenges.

1. Resource & Vendor Management

- Optimize the utilization of resources, including cranes, manpower, reach trucks, and other installation equipment.
- Manage external contractors and service providers to ensure efficient execution.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and contractors as required.
- Monitor installation and service expenses and implement cost-control measures.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Coordinate with customers throughout project execution until successful completion.
- Obtain periodic customer feedback on installation, erection, and service activities.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement improvement plans based on customer feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

1. Service & AMC Management

- Receive, record, monitor, and analyze complaints related to erection, service, and maintenance.




- Coordinate with the service team to ensure complaints are resolved within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Prepare the annual maintenance calendar and schedule periodic preventive maintenance visits.
- Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely maintenance services at customer sites.
- Track recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and service performance.

1. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports to the project team and management.
- Maintain records of installation progress, service complaints, AMC visits, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor project schedules, service performance, resource utilization, and installation costs.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements in project execution and service delivery.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Relevant experience in project execution, installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance operations.
- Experience in parking systems, material handling equipment, automation, elevators, or industrial machinery will be an added advantage.

- On-time project installation and commissioning.
- Service complaint resolution within defined TAT.
- AMC schedule adherence and preventive maintenance completion.
- Customer satisfaction and service feedback ratings.
- Effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and contractors.
- Control of installation and service-related expenses.
- Timely submission of MIS and project reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
