Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver sales training programs for retail staff to improve customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Conduct classroom-based training sessions, field training, process training, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop customized training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the training program.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful sales training programs for retail environments.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
