We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive business development for Transit Mixers and related heavy infrastructure machinery across Pune and regional markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with 8–10 years of experience in heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) sales, concrete machinery, or construction equipment. The ideal candidate will drive direct sales and channel growth by acquiring new accounts across Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, infrastructure projects, civil contractors, and fleet owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct & Channel Sales: Drive sales for Transit Mixers, Tippers, and related concrete/infrastructure equipment across assigned territories.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, map, and onboard new clients, including RMC plants, infrastructure developers, civil contractors, fleet operators, and dealers.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the construction, quarrying, mining, and road development sectors.
- Technical-Commercial Presentations: Conduct customer visits, assess client requirements, deliver technical product solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline: Track upcoming infrastructure projects,



follow up on incoming leads, and convert opportunities into signed orders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, track competitor pricing, and identify new market opportunities in Maharashtra.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual and team sales quotas to drive business revenue growth.

Applicant Requirements

- Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV), Transit Mixers, Tippers, Concrete Machinery, or Heavy Construction Equipment.
- Industry Network: Existing network among RMC plants, infrastructure companies, fleet owners, builders, and construction contractors in Pune/Maharashtra.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transit Mixer applications, technical specifications, and customer buying criteria.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, lead closing, and key account management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
